Luis Gerado Suarez Guzman, DMD

Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Guzman graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, and a Doctor in Dental Sciences degree from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2010. Dr. Guzman continued his training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, from 2011-2017, where he completed 3-year advanced education in Prosthodontics, 3-year advanced education in Periodontology, and a Master of Clinical Science. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and practices in Auburn, Alabama. He has conducted clinical research focused on implant treatment planning, CBCT preoperative assessment, bone density, and long and short-term assessments of implant stability. He lectures nationally and internationally on implant treatment planning and interdisciplinary complex oral rehabilitations.
