Molly Mihlbachler, RDH, MS

Molly Mihlbachler is an Assistant Professor of Dental Hygiene and first-year Clinic Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College in Cincinnati, OH. Before becoming a dental hygienist and educator, she worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant. She has presented at state and national conferences on teaching and hygiene practices, but advocacy for the aging population remains a core passion of hers. Molly has helped to locally educate nurses and aides on dental hygiene techniques, presented on the oral health of residents, and co-wrote new standards for nurse aide curriculum in Ohio. Molly is a current and active member of her local component of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA), contributing to the advancement of dental hygiene practices.
