Transposition - Transposed Teeth
When two adjacent teeth have exchanged their normal sequential order, the condition is called transposition.9 The teeth most frequently involved are the permanent canine and first premolar in which the premolar erupts anterior to the canine tooth (Figures 18, 19).9 This condition is observed in the permanent dentition but is not seen in the primary dentition.9
