Disposal of Regulated Medical Waste

OSHA states that disposal of all RMW must be in accordance with applicable regulations of the United States, States and Territories, and political subdivisions of States and Territories.⁴ Disposal may be accomplished on-site or the waste must be transported to an off-site location by a registered transporter of RMW.
